When I first contacted your website in April of 2011 in search of a new hair makeover, I was a little baffled about the quality of service you provided, but definitely not the products. After this recent 4th of July purchase and reading through a few blog comments provided by Silk Base Closure and customers, I must admit you girls are rocking your business and more importantly, I valued how you are handling your customers. Proper cutomer service and quality merchandise is what people really want, and you are providing just that. I am pleased to purchase my top closure and quality hair in one place. I cannot thank you enough for not only what you are providing, but for your customer service moreso. I recently purchased a complete set of products at regular price right at the time you were advertising the 4th of July Holiday special. Because you were so generous in adjusting my cost to meet the advertise price, I returned the generosity by purchasing more products, 2 bundles. Very nice indeed. Silk Base Closure, I hope you value me as a customer as much as I value you and keep me posted on future deals, and products. Hey, do you think anyone will ever come out with a base closure for the back of your hair? Imagine that, Silk Base Closure now offering bottom base closure to accent the top closure.
